Stone Consultation & Deposit
We search through our stock and/or reach out to our suppliers to narrow down stone options for your project. To bring stones in we ask for a non-refundable deposit.
Starting at $500 + tax, this deposit is applied to the total value of your project!

Step Four
Wax Model Consultation
Once the design & stone are approved we move forward with Wax Modelling. Your wax may be 3D Printed or hand carved, depending on the design, and will be ready within 2-4 weeks.
The wax model will be used to cast your finished piece of jewellery and provides a chance to evaluate whether changes are required. We allow for one minor adjustment and reprint at no additional cost. Once the model is approved we send your wax for casting!
*Additional wax models: $200 to $800 + tax each , depending on complexity

Wax Model Consultation
Once the design & stone are approved we move forward with Wax Modelling. Your wax may be 3D Printed or hand carved, depending on the design, and will be ready within 2-4 weeks.
The wax model will be used to cast your finished piece of jewellery and provides a chance to evaluate whether changes are required. We allow for one minor adjustment and reprint at no additional cost. Once the model is approved we send your wax for casting!

Casting, polishing, stone setting, plus any special finishes like millgrain and hand engraving happen at this stage.

We let you know as soon as your piece is ready for pick up or shipping! We send the final invoice through email, and payment can be made online, via e-transfer, or in-store when you pick up.
